Building plan may be revoked for misinformation

The builder of Devaki Palace, a building in Ulhasnagar, hiden the information about selling of flats in his building from municipal corporation and got sanctioned a revised plan. He was trying forcefully to construct additional flat in parking area in police protection. Kaydyane Waga raised the matter to Municipal Commissioner. With support of provisions in MOFA act, BPMC act and court orders, Raj Asrondkar, the president of Kaydyane Waga, objected the plan sanctioned. He threatened administration for indefenite hunger strike. In the results Town Planner issued notice to builder not to implement the plan till further enquiries. The building plan may be revoked for misinformation given to corporation.
